VTCT Course

Ailin Traynor Makeup is an accredited VTCT centre offering a tailored, VTCT Level 2 Award in the Art of Photographic Makeup 12-week course to aspiring makeup artists who wish to gain a professional makeup qualification.

This qualification will prove to potential employers you are competent and determined and dedicated in your ability to successfully work towards and complete a qualification.

After successful completion of this course it will then allow you to gain professional insurance covering you legally in your future career.

Once you have both a qualification and insurance this then allows you the opportunity to apply for pro discounts, allowing you up to 40% off on such world-renowned brands such as MAC, NARS, Illamasqua & many more.

As part of this course, students will be required to complete various projects including different looks from bridal makeup, editorial makeup to fantasy makeup.

Throughout the course you will be assessed by a combination of short assignments, tests and practical assessments of your work while compiling a portfolio of evidence.
