Conditions relating to your use of Clio Skin Clinic Online Shop & The Clio Skin Clinic.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all services and goods supplied through our clinic and this website by Clio Skin Clinic.
By accepting the terms and conditions when registering on our website, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these conditions and that you have also read our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions made are subject to our privacy policy and these terms and conditions
Please note our cancellation policy is 24 hours. If cancelling appointment within 24 hours, full payment is required. If on a treatment course on session is automatically deducted.
1. Your Account
If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide to us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information provided when registering. You can access and update the information you have provided to us within the ‘My Account’ section of the web site.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

The description and price of the products you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.
Product descriptions on the Clio Skin Clinic website are provided by the manufacturers / distributors, but please remember the descriptions relate to individual products and results and reactions on the skin will vary widely depending on other products they are used in conjunction with.
6. Acceptance Of Your Order
No contract exists between you and Clio Skin Clinic for the sale of any products until we have received and accepted your order and have received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once Clio Skin Clinic does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Clio Skin Clinic, we will send you an acknowledgement of you order via email, which will contain the details of your order.
Acceptance of your order will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your acknowledgement of order email. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any such contract is subject to these terms and conditions.
Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at the time you place your order. Payment for the products and delivery charges is taken at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.
All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and refunds will be made in GBP. Clio Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate charges on foreign orders at the point of processing a refund. This is the responsibility of your bank or credit card processing company.
Clio Skin Clinic reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.
The completion of sale is subject to the customer agreeing to use the product in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. Clio Skin Clinic accept no responsibility for products other than supply and delivery to the customer.
All products should be patch tested before complete use to determine suitability. It is then the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for use on their skin. Whilst advice may be given via telephone or email, Clio Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible if a product reacts with your skin. In the instance that a reaction occurs, a reaction form must be completed (from Clio Skin Clinic and on some occasions the manufacturer), fully and accurately. This will then be sent on to the product manufacturer and the outcome is at the manufacturers discretion.
7. Delivery And Charges
The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at ‘checkout’ for your approval prior to confirming your order.
Our delivery within the UK is usually 24-48 hours. (excluding orders sent by Royal Mail).
Delivery Information: – Orders received by 2 p.m. will be dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays). All orders (excluding orders sent by Royal Mail) are sent out by APC NEXT DAY COURIER to be received by 5 p.m. the next working day. If you are NOT in when your order is delivered, the Couriers will try to deliver to a neighbour, but failing that they will leave a CARD which you MUST read as you will have to contact them to organise re-delivery or collect your order from the depot. The Courier company will NOT attempt further deliveries and your order will be returned to Clio Skin Clinic after 7 days.
You MUST contact us if you have not received your order within 3 working days of placing your order, so that we can chase your order up before it is returned to us. Please also check that you have received everything you have ordered within 48 hours of receipt.
8. International Orders – Customs Charges
Orders delivered to countries outside of the UK & EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Clio Skin Clinic has no control over these charges and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Clio Skin Clinic cannot predict what these charges will be, therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering. Customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country.
Clio Skin Clinic cannot pay these charges on your behalf or refund any of these charges.
If as the customer, you do not agree to pay the customs duty, the parcel may be returned to Clio Skin Clinic and the value refunded will be less the customs duty or cost of return from the courier (if charged) and less the cost that Clio Skin Clinic paid to dispatch the parcel.
Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

9. Returned Goods
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the company may agree to their return on the following conditions:-
A request must be made to Clio Skin Clinic within seven days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to return unwanted goods please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition and unopened.
Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 10% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
Returned products should be sent to Clio Skin Clinic, 1 Cardinal, O’Fiaich Square, Crossmaglen, Newry, BT35 9AA enclosing a copy of the original invoice.
If goods are received faulty we will replace goods or refund in full within 24 hours on receipt of products being returned to Clio Skin Clinic.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the email address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Clio Skin Clinic Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Beauty Select Ltd Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Clio Skin Clinic Site. If you continue to use the Clio Skin Clinic Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Clio Skin Clinic Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
